This policy explains what information Crossbell Vending LLC ("Crossbell Vending," "we," "us") collects through crossbellvending.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, business name, phone number, location type, and any message you include. The feedback form for existing locations collects the location name and your message. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, and service the coolers we place.

Information collected automatically

• Referral source. If you arrive from a QR code or a link that carries a campaign tag, we record which code or campaign brought you here, along with the page you landed on. This is stored in your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) and attached to any form you submit, so we know which sticker or flyer is working.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels, and we do not set cookies of our own.

Purchases at a cooler

Card and mobile-wallet payments at a Crossbell cooler are processed by the machine's payment provider, not by this website. We do not see or store your full card number. Refund requests can be sent to us using the contact details below or the QR code on the cooler door.

Who we share information with

• Service providers. This site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. We use standard tools such as email to respond to you.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and feedback submissions for as long as needed to respond and, for locations we service, for the life of the placement plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
